Tottenham Hotspur’s U23 side brushed aside Manchester United this week, defeating the Red Devils 3-0 at home.

Jamie Bowden opened the scoring from the spot in the first half before Marcel Laviner and Kion Etete netted in the second 45 to put Spurs into a comfortable lead.

However, both Tottenham and United had a man sent off in the game, Ethan Galbraith for the Red Devils in the 67th minute and George Marsh for Spurs in the 79th.
