Manchester United take on Granada tonight and the teamsheet will see a minimum of three changes to the first leg.

Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, and Scott McTominay will all miss the second leg of the Europa League quarter-final through suspension.

Eric Bailly is also unavailable, meaning Axel Tuanzebe will partner Victor Lindelof in central defence.

Alex Telles will replace Shaw, but expect Aaron Wan-Bissaka to continue at right-back, with United likely to be cautious about making too many defensive changes.

Expect David de Gea to start in goal, just like in the first leg last week.

Who plays in midfield and attack?

Fred is likely to start with Scott McTominay out. There is a question over who will partner him.

Paul Pogba is a yellow card away from being suspended for the semi-final. In an ideal world, United wouldn’t risk him, but starting Nemanja Matic may weaken the midfield too much, considering the defensive changes too.

Expect United to risk Pogba for an hour at least.

Marcus Rashford may not be fit to start and Dan James, who trained yesterday after missing the weekend win at Tottenham, is likely to take his place.

Mason Greenwood could start up front with Edinson Cavani saved for Sunday’s home fixture with Burnley.

This is also a game where Donny van de Beek has a chance to start. He has plenty of European experience with Ajax and he could get the nod over Bruno Fernandes.

It would be great to see United start Amad, but we can see United being more cautious, and leaving the Ivorian on the bench.

The safer option would be to recall Juan Mata for his first start since January, and bring Amad on in the second half.

There are plenty of variables here, and while the back five is fairly easy to predict, the midfield and attack could go a few different ways.

What is important is that United do enough to build on the 2-0 advantage and score first, ensuring a comfortable night. A semi-final place is ours for the taking, but the job is not finished yet.
