Newly promoted Premier League side Watford are reportedly keen on Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah who the Gunners value at around £15m.
Since arriving at his cross-town neighbours, the young English striker, with the help of a short-term loan at Leeds United, has gone on to be promoted to the side’s senior first-team.
However, despite making 65 senior appearances, in all competitions, Nketiah has struggled to nail down a spot in manager Mikel Arteta’s first-team plans.
Having featured in just 17 Premier League matches throughout the most recent 2020-21 campaign, Nketiah may now be forced to move on if he is to ramp up his playing time.
According to a recent report from The Mirror, Watford is keen on the English striker and could make a move ahead of the summer transfer window opening.
It has been claimed that the Londoners value Nketiah at £15m and could be open to offloading, especially considering his deal expires at the end of next season.
