According to The Times, Manchester United are willing to sell striker Anthony Martial to help fund a move for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane.
It’s claimed that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is willing to let Martial go in order to bring in Kane, using the Frenchman to raise funds.
Martial has endured a frustrating season, registering only four goals and three assists in 22 Premier League outings.
When you consider that Martial hit 17 goals last season, this is a real dip in production from the Frenchman and it could cost him his Old Trafford career.
Kane could join Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood in an all-English front three at United, though still expect Spurs to demand a huge fee for their star striker.
Intriguingly, the Daily Mail claimed earlier this week that Tottenham have actually picked out Martial as a potential signing in a part-exchange deal.
Spurs famously wanted to sign Martial from Monaco in 2015 before he made his huge £58million move to United, and may finally have another chance to sign him this summer.

A part-exchange makes some sense, bringing the price down for United whilst allowing Spurs to bring in a direct replacement for Kane.
Martial isn’t near Kane’s level though, and that’s the big problem for Spurs. If they let Kane go, they almost certainly won’t find anybody near his quality.
Martial does still have some untapped potential, and it remains to be seen whether Daniel Levy would accept such an offer from a Premier League rival.
